Dan was born & raised in Southern California and after graduating from California State University Long Beach, along with serving his country in the Army Reserves, Dan met his future wife, Linda. Since both wanted a lifestyle change, they moved to Grass Valley in 1974.
Seeing a need in a growing rural community, Dan and Linda started a successful real estate advertising publication called “Sierra Foothill Real Estate Magazine” which covered properties for sale in Western Nevada County. The experience afforded Dan a real understanding of the unique real estate market in the Sierra foothills and it enabled him to develop many lasting relationships with brokers and agents in the community.

After selling the publication in 1989, Dan and his wife continued in the publishing field, offering state & federally mandated disclosure booklets for the real estate industry. Their booklets are distributed in California, as well as nationally, and they continue to operate the business today.
In 1998, with their market niche secure in their publishing venture, Dan decided to focus on a real estate sales career and joined the team at CENTURY 21 Davis Realty, Inc. Dan has found his career home at CENTURY 21 Davis Realty, Inc., and finds real enjoyment in helping families find their “dream home”.
