“Experienced and Reliable”…Joan Lehman is a 26 resident of Nevada County since 1977 and has been selling Nevada County real estate since 1985. Joan came to CENTURY 21 Davis Realty, Inc. in 1998.
Joan has been married for over 35 years to Gene Lehman, Broker Associate/Sales Manager and co-owner with CENTURY 21 Davis Realty, Inc. They have 4 grown children; two of them are Nevada Countians!
Joan has participated in the sale of hundreds of Nevada County homes and land parcels since joining the Nevada County Board of Realtors in 1985 and has the experience to complete the buying or selling process from open to close.

Joan specializes in the sale of homes and land in the Grass Valley, Nevada City, Penn Valley and Peardale/Chicago Park areas, but can help you with a sale throughout the county as well as parts of Placer, Yuba and Sierra counties. She is a member of the Nevada County Board of Realtors and Sutter-Yuba Association of Realtors.
