As a life long resident of Nevada County, I have seen and been a part of many changes to this area. Having an active role in this community has allowed me to see, first hand, that a small town can have growth and prosperity without loosing it’s charm and appeal.

Construction Experience: I have built as an owner/ builder, several of my own homes. I was also the developer and original owner of the 49’er Family Fun Park. This means, I can be a valuable asset to you if you’re looking to buy land to build on or develop. Whether it’s conventional construction or a manufactured home. Or maybe you have a fixer upper in mind, my background can be very useful.

I have been involved in all aspects of the construction process. From planning, designing and site work, all the way through completion and final.
Business Owner: I have owned and operated two successful businesses in Grass Valley. All that means to you, is that I know how to treat clients, listen, and help them achieve their goals. Whether it’s finding just the right home or property for their family in our beautiful area, or helping them with a successful sale of their home when it’s time for a change. Also, I don’t believe in single transactions. When you’re a client of mine you will notice some pleasant differences. For instance, I keep in touch during and after our first transaction.
