Jessica
joined Century 21 Davis Realty, Inc. in 2004
as Property Manager. She brought with her a
diverse background in real estate, having been
an escrow coordinator and a real estate sales
associate before entering into management of
a 176-unit apartment complex. Jessica found
her strength in landlord-tenant law and property
management.
Jessica is a member of the Rental Housing Association
and is continually updated on new laws affecting
property management. She has a held a California
real estate license since February 1995.
Jessica's main objective is to maintain healthy
relationships through communication between
landlords/agents and tenants.
