Jeannie and I live in Grass Valley where I have resided since graduation from Chico State University in 1976. We appreciate the natural beauty this area offers and our personal interests include boating, diving, snow shoeing and, of course, Real Estate investments. I taught at Nevada Union High School for two years while studying for my Real Estate license. My full time Real Estate career began with CENTURY 21 Davis Realty, Inc. in 1978. Because of my sales success, I was awarded "Rookie of the Year" and I have since been continuously awarded by the Sacramento Brokers Council and Century 21 of Northern California for hundreds of properties successfully sold.
