National Association of Realtors known as N.A.R. reported the average days on the market for a California home is from 31 to 45 days, before it has an offer.  The current inventory nationally for a home is 2-3 months supply. Nevada County also falls into the National average for inventory.

 

For Nevada County, N.A.R. is showing a strong increase in home values. Median home price in Feb 2016 was $295,950 and Feb 2017 is $390.000.  Nevada County is relatively  in the mid price range for housing.

As of February 2017, the San Francisco Bay area has the most expensive Median real estate sales price:

San Francisco
